LUXE TOWERS

3bhk sample flat

In this 3bhk space, the client requested for a modern take to add an element of luxury. Taking this into consideration, the space was then revamped. The old layout was replaced with an open kitchen concept, combining with it the dining room. This made the place look more spacious and allowed the master bedroom to be larger. Warm and earthy color palate was chosen to be in harmony with its surroundings.

2bhk sample flat

The challenge with this 2bhk was that it was in the same location as the 3bhk, and had to look different yet cohesive. This flat was targeted to smaller families and a younger demographic. To give the space a more young look, we used vibrant colors and modern framings for the walls.
